The Institut pour la photographie is giving carte blanche to students on the Exhibition/ production Master at Lille University by supporting them to design and produce this exhibition: starting with a selection from the archives, the exhibition offers a rereading of various events and incidents which have punctuated the Dunkirk Carnivals over the last forty years.
